From the app (easiest)
With the box connected, the app tells you when there is new firmware and installs it in the same window.
Boot mode
Hold the board's BOOTSEL button and plug in the USB cable. An RPI-RP2 (or RP2350) drive appears.
Copy the .uf2
Drag the firmware file onto that drive. The board restarts by itself with the new version.

Account and license
- Licenses now on the 2R Tools server: checking is faster (the old app keeps working).
- Account button on the top bar (the first letter of the e-mail): shows the signed-in account and has View license, Switch account and Sign out.
- The sign-in screen remembers the accounts used on the computer (name, with the e-mail below): one click signs in.
- An unregistered e-mail opens the Quick sign-up on the same screen (name, e-mail, WhatsApp, city, CPF or CNPJ, shop and terms) with a 10-day free trial.
- Phone and CPF/CNPJ get their dots, slash and dash automatically as you type.
Free version
- Without a license, the app can open in the free version: Technical Guide, manuals, DFU Mode and Repair Tickets.
- The Get the full version card unlocks 10 days of everything with one click (I2C Scanner, Logic Analyzer, CD321X, iBoot UART, BIOS Programmer, BoardRipper and the BIOS & ROM library). Then you choose: back to the free version or subscribe.
Subscription inside the app
- Plans: Monthly R$ 39 · Yearly with Pix discount R$ 319 · Yearly by card R$ 399 (up to 10 installments).
- Choose the plan, type the CPF or CNPJ and pay on the secure InfinitePay page (Pix or card). Once paid, the app unlocks by itself.
- Prices stay hidden: they only appear when you click Renew subscription.
- The monthly plan is not charged automatically: the app reminds you to renew every month.
Main window
- License card at the bottom of the left column: valid until, time left and the Renew button (orange in the last 7 days).
- About is now the last group of Settings, below Privacy (the (i) button left the top bar).
- Delete my account is at the bottom of the About page, away from Sign out, so it is not clicked by accident.
- Settings in groups; cleaner top bar; paid version without partner logos.
Repair Tickets
- Step by step in the order of the analysis: Front desk › 1 Arrival (Power-Z) › 2 Visual (battery off) › 3 Software (DFU mode) › 4 Bench › Diagnosis and report. Each step shows a summary and the alerts in red.
- New questions: component heating up on the thermal camera, wet, visible damage, missing screws, disassembled and dried, accepts the DFU command, coils and fuse, CD321X, ANS2 error in iBoot and logic analyzer (Intel). The board rails (with the board warm) come last.
- Colored answers on screen (green, red, orange). New report by steps, all black, with each question and its answer, and only what was filled in.
- New: 96 W MagSafe and original cable, PPBUS fuse, ROM programming and component replacement. Photos: drag to another job, between strips and from outside the app; right-click. Job folder with Laudo, Ficha, Mídia and ROM e BIOS.
- List with a saved filter (the search still finds resolved ones). Delete ticket sits at the end of the last step, with confirmation, and Deleted tickets has a Restore button.
- New ticket only with the button. A new ticket left blank goes away by itself when you leave it. Empty trash in Deleted tickets. Record video with sound in the ticket camera (webcam, microscope or iPhone as a camera). Photos and videos change order by dragging in the strip. On the phone and iPad: full ticket steps, bigger buttons, photo organizing and two columns on the iPad. Shared folder on Google Drive is faster (mainly on Windows).
DFU Mode
- If the Mac doesn't enter DFU on the first try, the app tells you: unplug the cable from the DFU port and plug it back in (Apple Configurator refreshes).
- Entered and exited DFU: the Add to ticket card marks the answers and writes the DFU result in the ticket on the bench.
Installing on the Mac and manual
- .pkg installer, like on Windows: Continue › Install. Installing over the old version keeps login, tickets and settings. Next to the installer, Se o Mac bloquear o instalador.txt explains how to allow it.
- Application Manual updated in PT, EN and ES (A4 and iPhone), with the new screens.

My Mac won't open the app
Drag the app to Applications. If macOS blocks it, open System Settings › Privacy & Security and click «Open Anyway». The installer's «If the Mac blocks it.txt» file has the Terminal command, if you need it.
How do I renew my subscription?
In the app: About (ⓘ) › License › Renew subscription. Pay by Pix or card and the license unlocks by itself.
The box won't connect
Use a USB data cable (some cables only charge), make sure the app is version 3.2 and, in Settings › Connection and firmware, turn on «Show the Scanner port» to pick the port by hand.
Does it work on Windows?
Yes, on Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit). DFU Mode over the cable is only on Apple Silicon Macs.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes. The shop's Mac and PC work on the same tickets through a shared folder or the shop server.
